HOW ECAS ARE ASSIGNED
By offering an online sign up we hope to be able to offer an equal opportunity for all students to participate in our ECA program.
Responses are collected using Google Forms and timestamped. We will make every effort to ensure that every student is accepted to an ECA.

- If accepted students in K1-G3 may participate in a maximum of 2 ECAs per semester.
- If accepted students in G4-8 may participate in a maximum of 3 ECAs per semester.
ECA SIGN UP TIMELINE
ECA INFORMATION TO PARENTS - Wednesday, 15 August, 2018 (late afternoon)
ONLINE SIGN UP PERIOD - Opens at 12 noon on Thursday, 16 August, 2018 - Closes at 8:00 am on Monday, 20 August 2018.

- Upon completion of sign up form you will receive an email notification confirming our receipt of your requests.
- Please only sign-up once. If you have a problem, please let Mr. Inman know.
- You will be notified via email confirming which ECAs you or your student were accepted into.
- If you do not wish to participate in this ECA and want to withdraw please email [email protected] so we may offer the spot to somebody else.
ECA PAYMENT
- For ECAs which are free, there will be no payment required.
- For ECAs which involve a cost, payment should be made directly to the ECA teacher or provider.
- The ECA teacher will contact you prior to or during the first week of the ECA session with their preferred payment method.
- All payments should be made no later than the third ECA session.
- Please note the the Paterson Campus office will not process payment or hold money for ECA payments.
